This Kinnelon Estate is nestled on the top of one of the highest points in New Jersey that overlooks the New York City skyline. The view warrented a vanishing edge pool centered right on the view in the shape of grecco roman pool. This was done blasting into the mountain to get the pool situated in the perfect position. There was a 12′ grade change from the driveway to the upper patio. The walls and stairs were calculated and built to perfection on such a drastic difference in elevations. The octagon features of the home were accentuated with an octagon shaped barbeque, fire pit, bench and bluestone patterns in the patio. All the landscape elements lent itself to a formal and elegant setting in the backyard.
